Laundry List: Sweet things to do when no one is watching

• Making some sleepy tea before bed and stirring in a spoonful of orange creamed honey

• Painting your nails something sweet for the season (gold in the summer melts my heart)

• On a day that you're free of any plans, driving to the beach or lake to lay on the sunbathe and get your nose caught in a paperback book

• Waking up and painting in your pajamas before you even brush your teeth

• Walking instead of driving, to church, to the store, to your baby's house

• Picking out a little green plant to take home and love

• Going to a used book shop, finding an old cookbook, opening it up to a random page, and making that recipe

• Baking cookies for your lovies and leaving them on the front porch

• Making muffin batter and just eating the batter and watching cartoons

• Visiting the Veteran's home to keep them company
