Hello, little angel. Welcome back <3
A sweet minute ago, this came about:

And the most received answer was "Law of Attraction and Manifestation," so here we are. But, today we're not going to talk about what the law of attraction is. I've already done a post on the basics, and the link is here: https://allymmmounga.wixsite.com/website/post/the-secret-to-getting-everything-you-ve-ever-wanted-the-law-of-attraction (P.S. I updated that post. It's even better now.)
Today, we're going to talk about the practice of manifestation, how to manifest.
Let's start with
Scripting
Think of what medium you like to work with.
Are you a writer? Do you love jotting things down--pausing to find a word that encompasses just what you're feeling, and scribbling it on paper? Then curl up in your cozy jammas, cozy blanket, cozy bed or pull out your notebook at work when you have a single, spare second, and write what you want. (Writing is the OG scripting, but I like to count in the other mediums too.)
Maybe that looks something like, "Money flows to me freely. I do what I love and it lucratively provides for me," or "I know myself. I journal and meditate regularly and have remembered my inner, truest, highest self," or maybe, "I am happy with my body. I am in love with my shape, my coloring, the feeling of my skin. I treat myself kindly, feed myself wonderful, lively, colorful foods, and move my limbs gladly."
I script in my lil journal
Does sound or video call to you? Then record yourself saying what you would write.
If you're a visual artist and feel most aligned when you're sketching something, painting, creating a collage or something else physical and visual, then draw, paint, or cut-out and glue-on whatever it is that you desire. Create images of your dream relationships, what you desire to accomplish, yourself in your dharma, and whatever else you want.
Once you've initially scripted, start the repetition. To turn those imagined realities into physical reality, re-read your writing, pull out your painting or collage/dream board, and look at it again. Listen to or watch your recording and feel everything again.
(KEY CONCEPT: you must feel abundant when you script, or create your artwork or recording and when you view it again. You must feel the feelings the feelings that you would have if you already had that dream: gratitude, joy, abundance, wealthy, healthy, bliss, peace.)
The repetition of reviewing your scripting tells the laws of nature that you must have loving relationships with your loved ones, because you feel the feelings that someone who loves and is loved feels. You must have your dream house, because you continually feel the feelings that someone with their dream house feels. You must be financially free, because you feel abundant and give and receive currency with grace and gratitude.
That brings us into our next practice:
Affirmations
Affirmations work by the same principles: act as if and repetition. The practice of affirming looks like walking to your bathroom mirror in the morning, smiling at yourself, and saying your "I am" statements. It looks like closing your eyes for a few minutes and saying your mantras with feeling. Here are some simple ones to start with. Say these to yourself in the morning while your tea steeps, or right when you wake up, read these to yourself. Speak slowly, out loud, with a smile and with gratitude.
When it feels aligned, create your own affirmations. Intuitively speak in "I Am" statements and mantras. Listen in and recognize what you could use some reassurance on, then say those things to yourself.
If you feel like you're controlled by food, create an affirmation that's personal to your own experience. Maybe it sounds something like, "I have reached a point where I eat intuitively and peacefully. Food is a joyful, nourishing, small piece of my life. I am more than my diet."
Stay away from negative phrases. You always want to say "I am (something positive)" not "I am not (something negative)." If you speak the negative aspect, your energy focuses on the negative result. Speak the positive, and receive the positive.
Now, let me address the wild berry in this fruit bowl:
The Quiet
There's commonly a lack of it in the routines of our people. Truly, are you someone who seeks to fill every moment with stimulation? Do you need music on while you shower, a podcast on while your drive, a show on while you cook dinner, and some scrolling while you wait in line? If you are, you need to stop.
Those things ruin people. You see, in the moments of silence, answers, guidance, peace, knowing, and the highest self appear. They can not enter into a busy, stuffed mind. So put your phone down for five minutes and just sit in the quiet. If that sounds terrible to you, you've got some work to do, baby. And that's okay, we're here to improve. We're here.
Start putting your phone down when you turn off your light at night. Lay in bed and look out at the moon and stars or close your eyes and enjoy the quiet. Listen to the sound of your breathing, the sound of cars driving past or the hum of your home. Let thoughts enter your mind. Recognize them, and learn what's going on in your mind. Then consciously think. Think about what you desire. Think about what you're manifesting, what you're bringing into the world--consciously and subconsciously. Those thoughts will tell you. Whatever beliefs they carry will reflect your reality. So...
Do some...
Bedtime Visualization

This is something I started doing when I was a kid, actually. At bedtime, I'd fill my mug with water, then climb up into mom's bed, tuck my feetsies under her legs, and close my eyes while she watched a boring show like Rick Steve's Europe or Antiques Roadshow. Out of pure boredom, I'd just imagine things, see them playing out on the movie screens that were the backs of my eyelids: talking to my little crushes at school the next day, playing games with the neighborhood gang, everything.
And at some point, it evolved into visualization--the practice of imagining my desires. At age eighteen, I wash my dishes in my little apartment, brush my teeth, and crawl into bed to look out my bedroom window and see the tall, tall western mountains and the home of my very best friends. And after some good time reading or journaling, I pull the tassel to the lamp, and close my eyes to visualize.
I imagine everything that I want to happen from next weekend's big plans to travel agendas years in the future, from the way I'll feel in the morning when I wake up and put on my dress for tomorrow to the way I'll feel in the morning when I wake up in my dreamy, little home with my silly, little puppy, gaggle of babies, and spend the day at the grocery store with the baby, in my notebook with big ideas and messages while she's asleep, and live my dharma. These visualizations create so much energy. They are beyond powerful, and that's why they're on this list.
With that, I think we're all done for tonight. I love you with all of my little, chocolate heart. Thank you for reading. Manifest, my sweetie. I lovey you <3
